PCOS 5K Run – Registration, Cancellation & Refund Policy
By registering for the PCOS 5K Run, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
Registration Policy
All registration information provided must be accurate and complete. Submission of a registration form and payment confirms participation in the event and acceptance of all event policies.
No Refund Policy
All registration fees, donations, sponsorship contributions, and related payments made toward the PCOS 5K Run are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds will not be issued for, but are not limited to:
- Personal scheduling conflicts
- Illness or injury
- Travel issues or transportation difficulties
- Weather conditions
- Failure to attend the event
- Change of personal circumstances
- Any other reason preventing participation
Transfer Policy
Registrations are generally non-transferable. Any transfer request must be submitted in writing and is subject to approval by event organizers.
Event Changes
The organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, relocate, or reschedule the event due to circumstances beyond their control, including severe weather, emergencies, safety concerns, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
Should the event be rescheduled, registrations may remain valid for the revised date.
Limitation of Liability
The PCOS 5K Run organizers, sponsors, volunteers, partners, and affiliated organizations shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, damage, expense, or inconvenience arising from participation in the event.
Agreement
By completing registration and submitting payment, participants agree to these terms and acknowledge acceptance of the PCOS 5K Run policies.
